Location was great. Walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great view of the city and sunrise in the morning

The location was only 350 metres to the conference venue we were attending in Melbourne city which was great. We ended up spending four days out of the 5 days in Melbourne at the conference so we didn't have time to enjoy the facilities offered at Avani.
