Failure to do so may result in inability to check in, for which Aussie Escape Apartments accept no liabilityGuest parking in the neighbouring building is available at a flat rate of AUD 20 per day strictly from 02:00 pm to 10:00 am, subject to availability due to limited spaces. 24 hours’ advance booking is required.No garbage left on the Chute room floor and all cardboards/any boxes will easily block chute; please take all to reception. Any voilation may result AUD 250 penalty as per building OC rules.Strict No Party Policy applies. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted. Quiet hours: 9:00 pm–10:00 am. Breaches may result in immediate eviction under OC rules.Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request housekeeping service at an extra charge of AU $30 per time for less than 7 nights stay.Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or UnionPay credit card and a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
