Really great. I didn't have any issues with my stay. Staff were very good, facilities great and location excellent. I was lucky enough to be able to check in early (10:30), as my room had just been made up. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

The staff are fantastic, always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We choose to stay here every Melbourne trip now because the staff make us feel welcome, the location is so convenient for public transport and for the convenience of their onsite parking if we have the car.
