Property is historical for me I use to work in the building when it was the ARU also it was nice to be home so to speak apart from that it was ok without not great or anything special. Location to southern cross fantastic

Great location on Bourke St near Southern Cross Station. Room very quiet even though we were on first floor thanks to double windows. Room was clean & comfortable with everything we needed. Kitchenette great.

This property advertised an included breakfast, I see it still does, a fruit fresh bowl and coffee does not constitute a breakfast by any means. If you advertise it, give it. There is a sign saying the kitchen is out of order, so dont offer a breakfast, it is false advertising. Otherwise the staff were ok, seems a family a friend business, the rooms ok, we did get an upgrade, and it was appreciated. The hotel is convenient to most transport and attractions. A bit of effort and they will have a great business.
