Great location, close to public transport (trains, trams and bus) and supermarket all within walking distance, as well as plenty of restaurants and takeaway options close by. Not far from CBD. Had free upgrade from studio to one bedroom and the apartment was on the ground floor so I didn't have to deal with the hassles of using the lift. Overall the apartment and area in general felt safe, even when leaving for work at 4.40 am or arriving back after 9 pm. Found the apartment to be quiet overall, not much in the way of external noise bothered me. Aircon seemed to not work well but fortunately it was not summer. Heater in the lounge worked great. No issue with airing out apartment as there's a flyscreen on sliding door. Epworth Hospital only a 5 min walk which was handy as occasionally visited there every now and then for work. And Epworth Freemasons in East Melbourne is also not that far. Clothes airer supplied so not always necessary to use the dryer. Overall apartment was good for a long stay and was comfortable.

The bedroom was away from the street which made it surprisingly quiet - this meant with our very busy schedule we were not disturbed. There was a good amount of space to spread out. We will stay again because the location and room quietness suited our needs. Microwave was very good.

We were traveling to go to Epworth Richmond, location was great just a short walk in the morning to the hospital. Parking was convenient however only fits small cars!
