Firstly, I must say that this position is absolutely fantastic! Located just a short walk to the free tram stop, it makes commuting around the city incredibly easy. If you prefer rideshare services, securing an Uber is equally straightforward, adding to the overall convenience of the location. The apartment complex itself offers a small IGA right below, making it easy to stock up on essentials without needing to venture far. It certainly contributed to a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Upon entering the apartment, I was pleased to find nice beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep. hot water system is impressive, providing super hot water with great pressure— a luxury that one truly appreciates during colder months. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with numerous heaters, ensuring a warm and cozy atmosphere, even on frosty days. The comfy lounge area provided the perfect setting for relaxation after a long day of exploring the city. I also want to commend the owner for their exceptional communication skills. They were very good at addressing any queries I had and were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my experience and made me feel welcomed. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay

We were comfortable. The price is brilliant. . The location is excellent, with handy paid parking nearby. We were visiting the Exhibition buildings, so an easy, easy walk. The view from the 13th floor room was fun. Access to the building was very smooth and the elevator was quick, too.

Location is perfect. Security is great. Owner is very prompt to answer my messages. Very helpful to allow us to put our luggages in the morning before we check in.
