We originally booked apartment L2007, but was given another room on arrival. We stayed for two nights in Room 2809 at 220 Spencer Street, Melbourne City. The one-bedroom apartment was exceptionally spacious and made us feel right at home. Pros: • Excellent location, conveniently situated next to Southern Cross Station and tram lines. • Quiet and peaceful rooms, ideal for a restful stay. • Well-equipped kitchen with essential amenities including pots, pans, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. • Hot showers with strong water pressure, which added to the overall comfort. • Wifi is included. Cons: • The apartment lacked basic supplies such as tea, coffee, a dishwashing sponge, and a tea towel. • The bed was not comfortable, which impacted the quality of our sleep.

The apartment was nice. Ted (the owner) was very helpful. It was nice and close to Southern Cross Station. Lots of places to eat in the area. Also close to the Skybus terminal for the airport.
