This space has won me as one of my favourite hotels - not only is it visually inspirational, it is spacious, welcoming and warm without pretension. Every staff member I encountered echoed the very same ethos without lapsing in classic hospitality service. This is commendable so well done team. A smooth and detailed check-in, beautiful rooms that don't make you feel out of place. A literal home away from home and sound wise it's so peaceful. Great location for those avoiding the hustle and bustle. This is Australia's new homely oasis.

Almost everything, from customer service to facilities. Especially the gym, pool and spa. The decor aesthetic of the bar area at the lobby was beautiful. All the plants around the hotel make you feel in touch with the nature. The hotel concierge staff are very attentive and helpful.
