The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom vintage house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the character and charm of the place – it truly felt like stepping back in time, but with all the modern comforts we needed. The house was spacious and well-maintained, with unique antique touches in every room. Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed preparing meals and dining in the lovely vintage-style dining room. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near cafes, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved relaxing on the porch in the evenings – a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable place to stay!

Breakfast was not included in this booking but the is a local stall just 15 meter away that you can have your meals. We like the family seating area where we can watch TV and chat with each other. The property was just by the Malacca river. We will be planning another family trip to this property again for a longer stay.
