Beds, appliances & furniture were n in good condition. Love the NetFlix and water filter which is not provided by other apartments.

Location n Property agent’s efficient management. Property is just 4 minutes drive from Jonker Street but it is 8-10 minutes from the property to Jonker. Reason: many 1 way street detours to Jonker. So, I could have walked with the help of GPS Clean towels n attentive property agent with prompt updating on check in n out. Good on site security guard security protocols for guests. Quiet n windy location At time of booking, property alerted me of the RM 100 ( unlike RM 300 for Ipoh booking ) deposit required via bank transfer. Upon my reply that as a foreigner, I don’t have a Malaysian bank account to do this. Agent promptly replied that deposit was waived but I was to show proof of citizenship with sending a passport photo.

We had one night but we really like the location -just 2km from Jonker walk and very easy to grab a Grab. Free parking The pool was incredible, with great views over the city and this was a highlight. A bonus being open until 10pm The rooms were spacious enough with good air conditioning and there were 2 bathrooms which was great for the 3 of us. There was excellent communication from the owners. Excellent value for money
