The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.
Booker’s ID / passport and same credit card holder must be presented upon check in. Should the booker’s or credit card holder is not available upon check , new full payment arrangement will be made upon check-in
Should it be payment on behalf (third party), a letter of authorization with credit card copy (front & back) is required to be forward to Hotel Reservation Department prior to check in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The room was nice and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I love the bathroom as well. The food was another highlight. There was a fantastic variety of options available and everything I tried was delicious. Whether it was breakfast or lunch, the culinary offerings truly impressed me. Additionally, I appreciated the free parking..which made it easy to come and go without worrying about extra costs or finding a spot nearby. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. The combination of comfortable accommodations, great food, free parking and a prime location makes it a top choice!

The lobby interior is beautiful, the location is strategic, the pool area is nice, breakfast is great (who would say no to nasi lemak sambal paru - free flow), the parking rate is considerably cheap (Rm 3 per day) and the elevator to rooms level is fast.
