Alberto “Beautiful high-end hotel in the middle of the largest Moroccan wine estate”

The Hotel is placed in the middle of the biggest wine estate in Morocco. Everything is perfect and perfectly kept, the staff is super welcoming and willing to help with every possible request. A la carte dinner is clearly a high-end experience with correspondent pricing. The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious and overlook the pool area and the immensity of the vineyards, close to which you can have an unforgettable breakfast. On the left side of the building you'll find a biologic garden where some of the products used in the kitchen are grown. The tour of the winery is of great interest if you want to know more about wine production, especially on the scale of Les Celliers de Meknes. An absolutely dream-like experience if you're looking for some place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location, gourmet cuisine and good wine in the middle of the Moroccan countryside.

The location is good and the winery very interesting with excellent wines. The food in the restaurant is excellent though the menu a bit limited. We were not happy with the air conditioning which we thought weak and would not liked it to be any hotter.

My partner and I enjoyed a brilliant stay at CR at the beginning of the month. From start to finish we were looked after with great attention to detail - our transfer from Meknès was arranged with no fuss and we enjoyed a tour of the hotel and wine cellar with Mahdi - who was very informative and helpful with all my questions. Mahdi also arranged a wine tasting for us on the terrace which was superb. We loved the wine and I particularly enjoyed the new CR Gin. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, led by Jawad, who made sure we had everything we needed. The venue is beyond beautiful and very peaceful and our room was decorated wonderfully (especially the wine barrel bath!). I would highly recommend this hotel and the whole wine experience.

Beautiful hotel in the vineyards with lovely facilities and good food.the team were on hand for any request and the receptionist managed all our requests for assistance on trips and bookings. She was amazing. Also the restaurant team under Mehdi Alaoui and including Karim were welcoming and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.
