I love the warm reception and treatment by the owners and staff in the hotel. Even though we got in really late, well past 10pm, Madam Lin welcomed us with tea, cookies and oranges. A lovely place, well kept, exceptionally clean amidst a luxurious green environment and tea plantation.

The staff were exceptional, Ms Lin was a fantastic host, the staff could not have done more, so generous and helpful. Ms. Lin helped us to reserve for dinner. Despite our lack of Chinese speaking skills, she and the staff were very adept at Google translating and just being so accommodating and kind. The location was also excellent, access to all the trails and very little traffic, just peace and nature.

Staff is very helpful, go out of their way to make us as comfortable as possible. Attended to all our questions and requests no matter how small. Room is big. Very clean. Have everything you need. Can't praise them enough.
