Please note late Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that an additional charge of €20 per person per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or for late check-out.Smoking Policy: Smoking inside any unit or in non-smoking areas will incur an additional charge of €200 for deep cleaning.Property Damage / Loss: Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking, check-in, or check-out.Pet Policy (Exceptions Only): Normally, pets are not allowed. However, under exceptional circumstances, we may allow a pet at an additional charge of €30 per pet per day. Guests must request permission before arrival, and approval is subject to management discretion.Additional Guests / Unregistered Guests: If an additional guest arrives in a room that was not booked for extra occupancy, a surcharge of €30 per extra guest per night will apply. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Good choice for a reasonable price. Parking is easy and the hotel is accessible 24/24.
