Please note late Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that an additional charge of €20 per person per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or for late check-out.Smoking Policy: Smoking inside any unit or in non-smoking areas will incur an additional charge of €200 for deep cleaning.Property Damage / Loss: Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking, check-in, or check-out.Pet Policy (Exceptions Only): Normally, pets are not allowed. However, under exceptional circumstances, we may allow a pet at an additional charge of €20 per pet per day.
Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less.

Nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always happy to assist. The breakfast was basic but it had everything that we needed. I loved the coffee machine in the room! :-)

Good location at the A12 20 min from Brussels. Hotel is a decent size, rooms are clean and quite spacious. The shower in the middle of the room is great, however you need to know this if you need privacy with your roommate if you have one.

Location is the best thing of this place. Receptionists were really kind and welcoming. Bed is really confortable. Rom is spacious.
