Rooms were beautiful, had a lovely rustic feel, and were very spacious. The reception area and outside had lovely places to sit. Staff were very friendly. In the room we had a small box of chocolates on arrival, and we were given a small jar of nuts when we left.

The hotel manager, Catherine, is divine. So helpful, fun and accommodating. Sha can also arrange a discount for ski rental at a shop 30 yards from the ski lift, who also provide storage facilities. The hotel is, one street behind the main road, 200 yards from the centre of town and 400 yards from the ski lift, so could not be more convenient. A perfect short walk there and back. Also right next to the bus station (which one cannot hear at all, or really see), for those that use the bus system.

Megeve lovely but expensive! Wide, well groomed slopes which were relatively empty outiside of school hols. Efficient ski lift service. Lots of lovely restaurants on and off the slope.

The hotel was lovely and staff were fantastic couldn’t do enough for us, we are already planning our next trip back.
