The fine print
The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.There is no reception/lobby area at the property therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.Housekeeping service is offered every 2 days.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

The outside area is beautiful. I stayed in Villa T. The pool sits sideways across the amazing view. The outside area is very large. Over looked by the other villa but there was nobody there during our stay. It says two bedrooms but it's only suitable for one bedroom use in my view The bed above the kitchen has a very steep ladder up to it, where you can not stand up straight (I'm only 5ft 4!) and a little railing across the front. Not safe to put anybody up there really. Also if anyone went into kitchen or lounge they would be woken. Smaller inside than I expected. Great place if you don't need to use that upstairs space.

The sunset was absolutely amazing. A feeling of quiet and seclusion. The host was very helpful and gave us lots of ideas about what to do around the island.
