The large flat has two bedrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Even though we didn't cook much, having everything there just as at home was a nice plus. On one side of the house, one can eat outside in the comfortable shadow of fruit trees. There is a second exit that leads directly to the pool on the opposite side. Although we didn't see anybody else, other than the guests in neighbouring flats the entire week, I assume it was cleaned every day, possibly in the early mornings. The pool water was refreshing and always crystal clear. More than enough sunbeds. We ate as many fruits as we wanted, as indicated by the owner, and even carried some delicious grapes home with us. The check-in process went smoothly; we gave the owner an hour's notice of our arrival time, and she was waiting for us with the keys. The flat is either newly refurbished or immaculately maintained; all the appliances are in perfect condition. There are 4 private parking spaces for 4 flats; they are located inside the fenced area rather than on the street. It will be our first pick next time we come to Medulin.
