1-The location is awesomely great. Just in front of masjid. It took me less than 60 seconds from my room to get inside the masjid alhamdulillah. 2-The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Umar farooq, he came and cleaned our room every day and it was really perfect. He is decent, may Allah bless him. 3- We got water and everything we needed every day. 4- there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

I love everything about this hotel, The staff was so helpful and did let us check in way earlier than normal time as the room was available. Very close to the Haram, about 3-4 minutes, The views are amazing as you get to see the mosque if it's busy or not from your bedroom window.
