We had the Three Bedroom Royal Suite which was very spacious. Staff is excellent! Especially Abdul Hamid Modin who is the Chief Concierge who helped us tremendously within the hotel and also helped us organise transport and external activities. Check in Process was very efficient. Fares at Check in is also professional and helpful. Location is perfect with a few minutes' walk to Masjid-e-Nabavi and so many food options close to the hotel.

Amazing location and friendly staff. I had a long day as I’ve missed few trains to Madinah as my flight was delayed. The staff were kind enough to let me checkout 3 hours late.

Besides the hotel being fantastic by itself, each and every staff member at this hotel was a pleasure to be around. From being an extremely well mannered and groomed team to going out of their way to help. It was a delight to be staying at this hotel, especially being two women coming from super luxurious Dubai- we were in love with the hospitality.
