Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, particularly for access to the ladies' gates. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Fatima and Lojain. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect and took care of every request we had.

Location was excellent nearby to the Haram and ladies entrance. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a vast selection. Staff were friendly from check in a loud shout out to Ms Lorjane and a big thank you for affording us an upgrade and to the room cleaning team for ensuring we always had refreshed rooms, special thank you to Soykot, Siam & Mahabobul.
