The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed Jamal, the receptionist. He made sure I was well attended to and that my stay at the hotel was comfortable. I would also like to thank Mr. Hassan Razza, the room attendant, for keeping my room clean, tidy, and pleasant throughout my stay.

The location and service .The restaurant stuff ,the pakistani manager in the restaurant, and all the bangalee stuff, especially emon, was so friendly when I and sughters Eat, he always helped us to find the best dish. Also the housekeeping stuff usuf was so happy and helpful boy ,he was always ready to clean our room In owr all it was me and my daughters 4th time stay in same hotel in madinah Girls don't like to stay in madinah other than Dyer al eiman .InshaAllah, next time we will come back to this hotel again and also I refereed 2 my friends family to stay at this hotel and they also booked the same hotel with us and afte us this week . Thanks the management for making us happy
