Location is excellent near to both male and female gates. Had few rooms with Haram view and I got one which was great. Got room at executive floor, with complimentary access to lounge. Very clean and tidy floors.

Staff were excellent. From concierge, room maintenance to room dining, etc. Food from room dining was also good. The location is excellent with everything around. Hypermarket, small stores, food restaurants, pharmacy, money exchange and road access to transport options. Women entrance to haram most convenient. Parking per day was 60SR. Elevators were fairly quick. Weighing station for luggage on the floor was wonderful to have. Sitting options near elevators was nice. Rooms and beds were nice. Nusuk support office walking distance in haram courtyard or One could also call 1966 to resolve any rawdah visit issue with app or login. Location convenient to walk towards baqeeh and rawdah entrance. Hotel offered qahwa in reception after mid day salat.
