After check in we got a big room as we requested but AC was a bit noisey, we ask for room change and front desk staff ( Milena ) is been very helpfull and change our room with a very good room which we loved it and made our stay memorable. Room design was unique snd different from regular hotel rooms, so give you different vibe

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, in particular, Diego (who helped us with an early check-in and room change). Excellent location for restaurants & bars. Short walk to El Poblado metro station. Comfortable bed and room. Nice shower with good water pressure and ample hot water.
