The fine print
Independers, we currently have a construction in the building next door and it generates sound in the rooms. Work began in 2023 and is expected to be completed in December 2024. Work hours will be from 7:00 am and will end at 7:00 pm.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50,000 COP per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

- The studios looked modern and welcoming - the Location is safe, very local and you can find anything you’re looking for. However, it’s quite far from the main Medellín place for tourists (Poblado) so you have to keep getting taxis or take the metro which is 15min away and takes a while.
