Everything was great, the location was good. Noisy on a weekend but with earplugs was fine. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! If you want a big room go for the twin beds.

Santiago. The man at Reception. He was SO helpful when I had two flights cancel. I am a 71 year old woman travelling alone and my phone is a huge challenge for me. Santiago showed me things for the use of the phone which made life SO much easier for me!!! I am eternally grateful to Santiago!

Staff were so accommodating and friendly, they kept our luggage for us while we spent a night in Guatape. Breakfast was amazing! Buffet fruit, yogurt, cereal and bread, coffee, juice and then a choice of hot food prepared by the staff. Location was perfect.
