The fine print
From January 1, 2023, the collection of 19% VAT on tourist services begins again, however, VAT exemption can be applied to Non-residents in Colombia who comply with the provisions of decree 297 of 2016, demonstrating with their physical Passport that they have the current stamp of Entry and Permanence Permit: PT or Valid Temporary Visa with Tourist Visa (V) stamp, otherwise we cannot make the exemption. Note: Advance charges will always be made before VAT.
Guests under 18 years of age must present an identity document certifying that they are accompanied by their parents or a legal representative. If you are not accompanied by your parents, you must present an authenticated letter where the parents authorize the minor to travel with the responsible adult.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
