We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, there’s a mall just a short 5-minute walk away, which made everything super convenient. It has a grocery store and a food court, so grabbing anything you need is quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the pool area, the view is absolutely stunning, especially at night. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Even after check-out, they kindly stored our luggage and allowed us continued access to the swimming pool and the hotel’s excellent restaurant. Special mention to the chef— the cuisine was outstanding and truly memorable. The bracelet system is a great feature, granting access to all rooftops, pools, and facilities across Los Patios hotels in Medellín, which adds significant value to the experience. The hotel also offers a variety of well-organized activities, supported by a knowledgeable and attentive team. The location is ideal, peaceful, convenient, with easy access to the airport (approximately 30 km away). The reception staff efficiently arranged a taxi for us; it was punctual and even slightly more affordable than ride-hailing apps.

Room was big and spacious, breakfast was delicious. We arrived very early in the morning and could have a shower and use the pool area whilst waiting for the room to be ready. Unfortunately we couldn’t check in earlier that allotted check in time.

The location was convenient to busses and the main metro line was only about ten minutes by bus. Generally, the locatoni was good for walking in Laureles and accessing the areas of the city for tourism.
