If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Good location near to restaurants and parks of Laureles, and it felt very safe. Checkin and checkout were both easy and the staff spoke good English. The hotel is very modern and the room was comfortable - we’re not digital nomads but it seems that’s who this place is for! Nonetheless we were comfortable here. We booked an airport taxi through the hotel which we were told could be paid by card (it was our last day in Colombia so didn’t want to withdraw any more cash). However when the driver arrived he said it had to be paid cash - not the staffs fault (although it should have been made clear to the driver) but Jose at reception used his own cash to pay the driver and I transferred him the money, which I don’t think everyone would have done. This was so helpful and we really appreciated it!

The breakfast was good and generous. The television in the shared lounge area for the three rooms came in handy. Shower OK. Interesting concept that bears relation to places like the St Christopher hostels and Japanese 'tube' bunks.

I liked the lobby I think that was the best part of the hotel there's a lot of coworking space and the breakfast selection was decent and the staff was super friendly. The location is great there are so many coffee shops and restaurants within steps away it's also easy for Uber and taxi to find the hotel. The rooms were clean.

The chance to make my own food in the very good kitchenette was fantastic! You have two superb supermarkets 3 blocks away. (And I must say: The groceries are better than most restaurants in Colombia.) The price is very good compared to the standard. Nice area. Good bed and bathroom. Cool design. Sorry for my ignorance and for not knowing her name, but the lady with glasses in the reception is very, very helpful and friendly. I have stayed in around 13 places in Colombia. This hotel is clearly ranked in the top 2.

new, clean hotel for people who prefer to feel at home than in a hotel ;) fridge, kitchen, full set of pots xP super friendly service, especially Miss Laura who always helped me in during my 30-day stay ;p additionally she knows English better than me ;) which is mega helpful with my poco espanol xD

Function is beauty. This place was really curated and thought out. Everything in place. A tiny room that is perfect. It had everything you needed. Modular in design. You can actually rotate the bed into a couch. Super cool! I liked having free boiled water from the cafe. The manager julian was super hospitable and helping.

The breakfast was really nice and the room was perfect. I actually stayed here a few times in different rooms, due to me going to Santa Marta and back. Each room was clean and perfectly equipped. Nice views of the mountains and the location of the hotel itself was perfect, close to plenty of stores, laundry and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Would 100000% stay again.

I love this hotel in Laureles. Very close to the shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is also not far from shopping centres. It is safe. There is a security guy on site. Also the cafe is good for remote workers. I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very new apartment well equipped with all utensils needed for preparing own food if desired, cooking plate fridge etc. very well located walking distance from the shopping mall and Laureles area, with integrated coffee shop and 24/7 washing, drying and front desk. The front desk staff were very friendly, provided us with early check in and info to the airport.
