Basic (you get what you pay for), quiet, clean, friendly hotel just a few minutes walk from the north terminal bus station, and Caribe train stop on line 'A'. 24 hour reception and key to room. Good wifi/internet/network, but couldn't get TV to work (not an issue for us and we're sure they would have sorted it for us if we'd asked). Cash or card payment (no extra fee). Rooms very small (they did 'upgrade' us to a room with a slightly larger bed). A bit on the warm side, but good fans provided. Lighting good, bedside table. Shelving and clothes rack. Small bathroom, good hot shower.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff allowed us to check in a little early, which was very helpful, as we had a tour to get to in the centre of Medellin. To be honest, we were ready to give it 5*s because it provided everything we needed in the area we wanted to stay, but...
