My first time staying here after being recommended by a friend and my stay was exceptional. I stayed in the junior suite The cleaning staff are amazing! I never caught the gentleman's name but he always said good morning and was so polite and always asked if I would like my room cleaned. This gentleman even came back later at night to replace the bath mat and robe because he said he didn't do it. What a champion guy! All staff from the door man to reception to cleaning staff and room presentation was excellent, and meets above expectations always! Thank you so much for my stay and I'll be back in a few weeks time =)

The location of the hotel is its best feature. Its next to shopping centre and train station. Very convenient if you want to take train from or to airport. Breakfast was very nice, 100% Indonesian food. Second room we got was okay, we asked for a one with better light because first was small and dark.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Shower worked very well as did the Wifi. Location was right next to the train station (but still very quiet), which was convenient to us to get to the airport. Large shopping mall with supermarket and such is also just around the corner. There's an ATM directly in the hotel. They provided a free shuttle to the train station, which is just a short walk away, but it's a nice service if you have large luggage. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
