Can see that there is improvement in the room such as hair dryer and instead of stool now is chair. Menu slightly change and staff are smiling always. Being there several times and can see that the hotel really maintain the rooms

We only stayed for 1 night before heading to Batu Katak but the hotel was very nice. The beds were absolutely huge, we had 2 double beds which easily fit the 5 of us. The beds were very hard which I really like, much better for your back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was brilliant. The room was thankfully at the back of the hotel so it was quiet at night, but it did have a window. Perfect for spending a night in Medan. Breakfast was very good, there was plenty of choice.

the room is clean and spacious. the staff is nice and helpful. the food is delicious. i like everything in here. very recommended for anyone who want to stay while exploring medan.
