The fine print
Please note that guests are required to show the credit card the booking was made with, or an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along. Otherwise the payment will not be accepted.The wellness centre with a turkish steambad, 2 saunas, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool is available on week days between 07:00 and 10:30 hrs and in the weekend between 07:00 and 12:00. You can fully relax for just 15.00€ per person per day
In the afternoon and evening, the wellness centre can be rented privately in time frames of 2 hours as of 95 euro. Directions: Please use your GPS to reach the nearest parking lot 'Q-Park Lamot', which is located in the Guldenstraat. Take the exit 'Spar' and you'll walk straight into the hotel.

I loved how we were welcomed. Felt like royals on holiday the minute we stepped foot through the door. The restaurant is amazing and Mechelen is a city worth visiting. 10/10!

We loved the old town location, overlooking the canal & a 5 min stroll to Grote Markt. Staff were really profesional, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed an amazing NYE in Mechelen. Bottled water & coffee in room a plus. Spotlessly clean and great to have 2 chairs.

I left an item of clothing in my room and I would specifically like to thank Zoe at Reception for helping me by posting the item of clothing back to me in London. Zoe was so patient in explaining the process and so efficient in getting this done. Thank you very much for the kindness and professional attitude, Zoe. The shower was amazing, just by the way. And the breakfasts were fabulous. The mini fridge in the room is a great plus.

This a fantastic hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms (especially the beds) and an excellent location. Nice bars and restaurants right outside, and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral and main square.
