Lovely staff and clean. Has coffee shop and laundry room which is very convenient. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier as we had 2 children which we really appreciated. They also have shuttle buses to masjid haram.

The entire hotel looked beautiful. However I was disappointed that the shower was blocked and the sink was broken. The food was delicious and presented well. Just disappointed that in my last day flies were hovering over the salad. That really put me off. Transport was provided to get to Masjid Al Haram, no problem there. Coming back to the hotel was difficult as you gave no sign showing where the bus stop is for returning. We had to search for the bus at the bus depot which is quite large but poorly organised.
