Please note that Ramadan's Buffet is served for an hour and half from the time of the Adhan of Maghrib while the Suhur starts from 1 am after midnight until 40 minutes before dawn prayer.Please note that during the month of Ramadan, Iftar will be served instead of regular breakfast and a suhoor meal instead of dinner.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The place is very convenient. Staff is also friendly and helpful. It's just that, the iron and especially the ironing board was in such sad states, and the breakfast spread also left much to be desired. Despite the comments, this place is still nice to stay in and very comfortable. Will still come back again

Everything thing was amazing, I hope the hotel management does not take the matter personally, I loved the hotel and I wish it well, the restaurant is a complete failure and does not live up to the level of the hotel, please reconsider this matter, there are a lot of varieties but unfortunately 😒 I saw how people fill their plates with food and after they taste it they throw it away unfortunately, knowing that the restaurant manager works hard and does not sleep and the work team works hard but unfortunately the situation was very bad, please accept my comment and thank you.

It was a nice luxury hotel. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. However, the shuttle service is not good. The bus dropped far away from Haram, from where we had to take another bus to Haram. Therefore, it's better to commute by taxi that cost around 50r per side. Also, the hotel was very strict with their policy of after 4 pm checkin time, which was inconvenient for many.

It was very nice place, i liked the stay and all the stuff, the Haram is near but because of Ramadan it would take longer to get there. I prayed in Masjid Al Qatari, it was a very big masjid and tje Imam Macha Allah så nice voice, i deeply recommend that place.
