Friendly Staff, Amer at reception was helpful and extended our stay and offered a discounted rate than our original booking, Hotel was clean, rooms are big, shower has a seat very relaxing to wash and take a break from long walks 😂, 20 mins walk to haram, Taxi from opposite highway take around 5-10 riyal to drop haram in 2 mins, early breakfast 6-10am very good as fajr was at 5am so don't have to stay up late for breakfast, all good also small fridge in the room

It was good overall, could've been better, staff is also ok. Maybe need a little more flexibility. Also it would be nice if the room is cleaned daily without one asking for it.
