From staff to location to cleaning everything was great. One important thing Umrah and Hajj people should know it's very fat almost 7km from Haram. In busy periods it can take 20 minutes to 100 minutes drive to Haram.

I have stayed for 3 days in this hotel, the receiption,cleaning staff and also the person who runs the small shop inside the hotel were very good and helpfull mashallah. Shoping places very near and also Romancia in walkable distance.

It was goood Nice experience A lil far from the haram But good location Theres restaurants around. Supermarket baqala everything. No shuttle service to haram tho
