From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Both ladies at the reception, Haneen and Marwa, were helpful and professional. Even though I arrived before the official check-in time, Marwa went out of her way to arrange a room for us promptly. A special thanks to Haneen for her exceptionally and genuine efforts in securing a spacious alternative room, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. I’m also deeply grateful to Mr. Mohamed Ghozlan for his dedication to providing excellent housekeeping services and for his consistent follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, healthy, and offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The restaurant staff were equally impressive: courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The day we left on 2nd august the room server was good, he asked if we needed any thing. This is close to haram sharif 5 minutes walk. Everything was good,

It’s close to haram sharif 5 minutes walk, complimentary fruits, tea and coffee, towels, shampoo, everything was provided throughout our stay. The view of haram sharif was Opposit our room. Mr Mohamed Ghozlan was a great man who looked after us with everything we required for room service. The receptionist Hadia also was great she helped us when we needed her.
