The location of the hotel is in a prime location - literally a couple of minutes from the Haram. The Breakfast selection was very good - kids and adults enjoyed what was on offer. And the Rooms were tidy, and clean.

Hotel is at excellent location, 2 to 3 min walk you are in side the Haram main masjid. Staff were super friendly, including the cleaning staff, security and especially the front desk reception staff was super friendly. They did a warm welcome and made sure all things sorted timely. Easy commute to buy food for your meals, within building and 1-2 min walk to variety of food courts choices available. The breakfast has great choices and staff was very friendly again. Highly recommended.

We arrived at about 4 P.M., check in was very quick and we were in the room few minutes later, very very special thanks to Reem from the reception who gave us a very warm welcome and best service ever and made sure that we will have the best and most comfortable stay in Makkah, she also gave us a complimentary upgrade from a twin room to a studio, Thank you very much Reem, we all really appreciate it. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped with modern and new furniture, iron, iron table, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenette, carpeted floor, sitting area, 3 comfortable beds, 1 sofe bed and 2 bathrooms ( one with shower ) which was a very good thing for a family with 2 kids. Waiting time for elevators was normal, we had no problem with it, ground floor gave us a direct access to Al Haram through the shopping mall, it's the closest access to Al Haram ever comparing to all the hotels and stays around Al Haram, super markets and restaurants in the shopping mall in the same building is a very good advantage. Breakfast quality is very good with variety of options and fresh fruit ( just need to improve the taste of cooked dishes ). All staff ( Reception, restaurant, house keeping ) are very friendly and helpful. Makkah Towers will always be my stay in Makkah ( In Sha'Allah ), I strongly recommend it.

Really close to the mosque, entrance 3 is the side entrance to the clock tower mall, breakfast is great and staff were really friendly.

It is a great hotel and is very close to the Haram Sharif. If you are with family, this will be a great destination for you.

From the start to the end everything went very smooth. i reached abit early however i was checked in and was upgraded to a suite with haram view. Check-in staff Mohammad Halwani was very helpfull Cleaning staff Habib was always there if anything needed Thank u and would love to come and stay again in Makkah Tower
