An average experience — not great, but not terrible either. Don’t expect too much. Finding a taxi can be challenging since the hotel isn’t located on a main road. The bathroom is quite small, and outside noise tends to be a constant disturbance

We stayed here in the Peak Ramadan time. Their prices were good. The staff was kind and friendly. Especially the receptionist named 'Maalik'

The man at the reception named ‘Maalik’ was very helping and kind. He treat guests well. He also speaks English, which is rare here in Makkah.
