Location + Parking + Shuttle + Staff + Comfort. Abdullah the person at the reception is good, he allowed us early check in and give respect to the guest. He deserves appreciation from the Management 👍

The hotel is simple and clean. The rooms are well-kept and comfortable. I also loved the hotel's fragrance—it made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The staff is good and friendly. The location is great, with easy access to and from the Haram, making it perfect for a hassle-free stay.

Value for money, went during Ramadan and prices were brilliant.Fast Check In as well, as I was allowed to check in 1-2 hours ahead of my Check In Time.
