Distance from Makkah Haram to Hotel excellent , the best thing in my stay is Front desk Staff Mr Abdullah and Hassan excellent cooperation and Ladies team don’t know the name best service in attending customer request and immediately sorting

Location from Mosque, cleanliness of the facilities and the staff is more than welcoming. The concierge staff member Abdelrahman was really a good resemblance for the hotel overall, a small talk welcoming the guest could really make the stay unforgettable for a guest. Would like to note as well that the house cleaning performed ( by Hilal ) was immaculate and always done when requested
