Everything. The location, the rooms, the amenities, there was nothing not to like. Access to everything was in 100-200 meters. Haram, food places, market etc. I had 2 joined rooms and my children absolutely loved it. The beds were very comfortable. The staff called on us to check if we needed anything, sent some extra water bottles and fruit.

Would definitely come back again, excellent service, food, perfect location (not too overwhelming with the people visiting the malls in the hotels near the clock tower.

Everything about ,great location a 2 minute walk to gate 79 spectacular haram view all lit up at night really great spotless felt like a palace

Hyatt was very close walk to entrance door no.79 into masjidil haram and leads you straight to mataf area. It is very clean. Staff was very helpful and always reaching out to help and assist. Our housekeeper was steryhmia. Thank you for making it a great stay
