Very good service.. I always stay here every time I am in Saudi.., great breakfast. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Staff are always at your service. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Jabal Omar Hyatt Regency in Makkah with my family and three kids, and it was truly an amazing experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Haram, which made it very convenient for us. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Chef Sukar, Shafiq in the restaurant, and Mohammad Shadab from housekeeping for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety and fresh options that my whole family enjoyed. The overall cleanliness, comfort, and service of the hotel exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Makkah for its prime location, exceptional staff, and top-quality service. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed here during my Umrah trip, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and care shown by the staff were second to none. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out, they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Every part of my stay was flawless, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the smooth service at every touchpoint. It’s rare to find a hotel where every interaction feels so personal and sincere. I’ve stayed here before, and each time it only gets better. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting for Umrah. Highly recommended to anyone seeking exceptional service and a truly welcoming experience.
