Overall,i like the house keepers namely JAMAL and MANSUR. They both makes me feel at home,friendly and ready to go extra miles,regardless of the language barrier. Thank you JAMAL and MANSUR for your hospitality. The reception people are helpful especially when I needed to print out my boarding pass.But I didn't get to engaged in any conversations. In a nutshell,It's value for me,good location etc Once again,JAMAL and MANSUR on 14th floor,BRAVO.Already missing you guys.A big thank you to you guys.In shaa Allah,see you soon

The staffs were very kind and helpful. The room service guys Kowthar and Noor were fantastic. The room were clean, very good value for money. The location is near the Haram from Anjum gate about 10 minutes walk. I definitely book again only with Hibatullah Insha Allah om my next Umrah.

This is a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming. I arrived early morning (5:30 am). Bassem, the receptionist did not turn me back. It was truly a relief. I was not charged extra and it was a big welcome. The hotel is close. My only problem is the steep hill. It was challenging after Umra. I wish they had golf carts. But otherwise, hospitable and friendly staff, safe place, and clean rooms.

The location is not that far from masjid but just be careful bcs we need to cross the road, the staff offer extra water for free, it's nice and compact, the room have a big wardrobe and enough space to store your belongings
