Did check out a day earlier. Since they refused REFUND, I would appreciate ONE DAY'S REFUND or some CREDIT/ VOUCHER for future use from Booking.com

The hotel is very close to the Haram. For those of you from a western country, consider it as a no frills hotel, that will give you a place to lay your head down. That is all you really will be using it for. Yes, the final 100m to the hotel is up a steep hill, but it honestly was not a problem for me. I've seen many reviews complaining about the hill, but the fact is, if you are a young and able party then it shouldn't even be a consideration. If you have elderly or less able in your party, then maybe consider if you will be able to climb the hill multiple times a day (as I said it is only the first 100m and then you are on flat ground). I believe they do offer a gulf buggy service up and down the hill, but the service can get busy. I never used it seeing as I didn't feel the need.

The hotel provides a very good experience with clean rooms and convenient elevators, ensuring minimal wait times. Guests are provided with a full range of toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shaving kit. Located just a 10-minute walk from the Haram, the hotel offers easy access despite being situated on a slight hill (approximately 20 meters uphill). To manage this, electric cars are available for guests, making trips to and from the hotel and Ajiad Street hassle-free.
