Good breakfast and staff. Courteous staff always inquiring of any support required. Room had additional blanket and good room temp maintained before our arrival.

Assalamualaikum, The service has been wonderful. Great location with good proximity — no more than 20 riyals by taxi from the Haram. Although the hotel offers shuttle buses, I preferred the flexibility of going when I wanted. The place is very clean and maintained to a high standard. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money in terms of both price and quality. I’d also like to mention the housekeeping staff — they’ve been truly amazing. I came to know two of them by name: Mohamed Arafat and Mohamed Shariif. They’ve done a fantastic job in our room, always greeting us kindly and engaging in conversation. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be coming back soon.

Everything was great, The employees in particular were very respectful and helpful. I especially wanted to thank Jamal miah, the service man on the 10th floor. He does a great job👏🏻👏🏻
