I recently stayed at Elaf Al Bakkaj in Makkah, and while the overall experience was good, what truly stood out and made my stay exceptional was the outstanding professionalism and warm welcome from Ms. Shahad at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Ms. Shahad demonstrated an extraordinary level of efficiency, hospitality, and professionalism. She handled the check-in process with remarkable speed and grace, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Her deep understanding of her role, courteous demeanor, and attention to detail truly set the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Employees like her elevate the guest experience and reflect positively on the hotel’s overall standards. The hotel itself is in a convenient location and offers a peaceful environment for pilgrims and travelers alike. However, there is room for improvement in terms of room facilities. I would suggest working on upgrading the rooms with more advanced technology and ensuring that the washrooms are consistently maintained to be spotless and modern. Overall, my stay was made memorable thanks to Ms. Shahad's exceptional service. She is a true asset to Elaf Al Bakkaj, and I hope to see further enhancements in the hotel’s facilities in the future.
