Rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. We booked a haram partial view. It's not good value for money, I would recommend you either pay a bit more for a partial Kaba view or book a standard room with no view. The furniture in the rooms have lots of stains on it, particularly the sofa and bathroom floor. General maintenance and refurbishment needed. The house keeping staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. In room dining is very good. Big portions, very attentive staff. Beds are very big and comfy. Water in shower doesn't get hot, stayed at warm temp even at max temp. Hotel is generally good. I wouldn't rate this as a 5 star hotel. It felt more like 4*. The location is good, it takes about 10mins to get to the haram from your room.

Very close to 79 gate, where you start Umrah Breakfast variations Overall, the hotel looks authentic. Room area.
