Excellent service, quick and polite. Spacious, clean rooms which are cleaned every day with new bedding and towels . Absolutely delicious breakfast with great variety. My kids loved the hotel.

The property was spacious, well located, clean and absolutely stunning. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Chef Mahomed was fabulous- every morning I wanted poached eggs and the egg station on had omelette, he would make it for me and bring it with an amazing sauce. ALL the staff were friendly, kind and always willing to help. I really had a fantastic stay and was sad to leave.

We came and checked in Conrad the concierge was amazing. The room we booked wasn’t available so they upgraded us to the deluxe suite with the Kaaba view. Second to none experience with friendly staff and an amazing selection of breakfast. The walk to the haram was very short and very good shopping right outside the hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

A beautiful hotel just just minutes away from the haram especially gate 79 the main gate for umrah.. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly... the food is amazing a wide variety to suites everyone pallet and top top quality. I highly recommend the Conrad Jabal Omar.

After reading such positive reviews, I decided to book the Conrad. We stayed in the Superior twin room, it was a very good size. location of the hotel is fantastic, 10 min walk to the mosque . Hotel was always clean and house keeping were amazing in keeping the room tidy at all time. At the entrance of the hotel, you have Ratio coffee shop, which is amazing , and constantly busy.
