1. Closer to Haram. 2. Good KABAA view 3. Kind receptionist 4. Beds were comfortable 5. Air conditioning was good. 6. Clean room. Housekeeping was also good; especially the Housekeeper Mr. Noor was very polite and excellent in his work.

room size was OK and the location was really good as it was nearer to the haram. You can also go to other areas like Makkah tower is right next to it and there are a decent amount of shops on the ground floor for souvenirs and restaurants on the lower levels

Location was excellent, everthing what you need is available walkable distance. Special deal is within 2 minutes from the hotel you will enter in Makkah.

I recently stayed at Al Safwah Orchid Hotel, and it was a great choice, especially since I was there for Umrah. What I loved most about it? It's super close to the Haram! I mean, you're practically a hop and a skip away, which made going to prayers incredibly easy. This was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with my kids – it really cut down on travel time and tiredness. The hotel also took care of my family's needs with various room options, including family-friendly ones and connecting rooms. They added nice touches like fridges in the rooms, which were super handy for storing our essentials. Besides its awesome location, convenient on-site dining with restaurants and a coffee shop. If being close to the Haram is your top priority, like it was for me, Al Safwah Orchid Hotel is a fantastic option. Its location, conveniences for families, and comfy rooms make it a strong contender for your stay in Makkah.
