The staffs and front desk team were truly amazing. We expected to arrived very early in the morning and therefore booked the previous night. We however arrived a little late in the morning and the hotel offered to reduce our stay by one night (cancelling the previous night). It was such an unexpected gesture that we truly appreciated. Their buffet for suhoor and iftar was also excellent value for money with diverse options. There are many food stores and shops around in case you need anything outside. A little bit far from haram but shuttle system wasn’t bad (maybe an extra bus will add a lot of value).

The hotel is good in general, but it needs to renew the facilities & furniture. The price is a bit expensive compared to the size and condition of the rooms.

the area was vibrant with many eating places and shopping areas. the room and bed was comfortable. the musallah on the mezzanine floor was convenient too. there was a bus service which dropped at the Gaza area of Haram. a bit of a walk but wasnt too bad. especially usefull when it was very crowded and difficult to take a taxi.
