An excellent neighborhood, very close to the lifts with a nice walk on a mostly pedestrian pathway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we felt like home. Extremely clean! A beautiful mountain view from the room.

Breakfast was very good with enough options. The hotel staff is exceptional. Pizza available in the evening, in case you don't feel like going out for dinner. Enough parking spaces.

Nina, Goran and the team were amazing!!! We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, ensuring everything remained fresh and pristine. The location was perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel facilities were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. This is a family run hotel which was clean, modern inside and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to the penkenbahn cable cars and the town centre. Great facilities for skiing/snowboarding
