We booked here for one night before we started our safari. The hotel arranged a complimentary transfer from the airport, which was very useful. It’s a large lodge that’s top of the range, including a pool. The rooms had everything you could need. Dinner was a buffet and very tasty

The tropical gardens created a little oasis. I was staying in a little chalet at the back of the property which had 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom. There was a bar fridge - handy for cold water and storing my medication - also tea & coffee making facilities. Limited clothes storage space but I just laid out my stuff on the other bed. There was no bedside table but a long shelf held the bedside light and my bits & pieces. The shower had good water pressure although it took a bit of tap twisting to get the right mix of hot and cold. There was a handy line in the shower recess for wet bathers or towels. I needed some laundry done and it came back the same day. The poolside area was a nice relaxing spot and I had a couple of swims. I also had a lunch out there and a dinner in the onsite restaurant. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and polite
